Safe Zone lighting datasheet

Safe Zone lighting shows truck drivers and support crews when it's safe to come near a rope shovel or excavator. Green on the ground means the brakes are applied and it's safe to present, and red means the brakes are released and the area is in the swing path.
The system combines ground lighting, flags and hanging ornaments, which can be used together or on their own. It suits rope shovels, excavators, haul-truck spotting and support dozers. The ground lighting uses three 40 W LED lights, each with green and red LEDs in one unit, in an aluminium housing with a polycarbonate lens and an adjustable mount. It's built to handle vibration and dust.
For a red no-go line around the swing radius, see our Guardian no-go lighting.
Hazardous areas
This light isn't explosion-proof. If it's going into a hazardous area, tell us the zone and the gas or dust group and we'll recommend a certified option. Our hazardous-area lighting page has more on that range.
