Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items not eligible for return include:

Clearance or sale items marked as “final sale”

Custom-made or special-order products

Opened or used products (unless defective)


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@alledirect.com with:

  2. Your order number

  3. Reason for return

  4. Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

  5. Wait for our approval and return instructions

  6. Ship the item to the provided return address (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect)


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you via email

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Damaged or defective items

Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@alledirect.com with your order number.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

Include photos and a clear description

We’ll provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost


7. Return Shipping Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team in your return approval email. Do not send items back without confirmation.
