2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.

5. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Missed Delivery / Returned Packages: If your package is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address, we’ll contact you for redelivery (additional charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@alledirect.com. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
