Mining LED work lights for vehicles and plant

ALL LED Direct supplies 12 V and 24 V LED work lights for mine vehicles and plant across Australia. Light vehicles, trucks, loaders and other plant. Browse the mining products collection for stock options, or email the brief to info@alledirect.com and we'll match from there.

What we supply

12 V and 24 V LED work lights for vehicles and plant. Most mining enquiries start here. You're usually replacing old halogen pods, filling dark spots on a tray or boom, or standardising a fleet voltage. We don't invent a one-size kit. We match from voltage, mount and how many you need.

Voltage and mounting checklist

Send what you can. Incomplete is fine.

  • Vehicle or plant type (ute, truck, loader, other)
  • Voltage (12 V, 24 V, or mixed on the same machine)
  • Mounting (bolt-on bracket, magnetic, pole, existing holes)
  • Beam preference if you have one (spot, flood, or “match what we run now”)
  • Quantity and how urgent the changeover is
  • Photos of the current lights or mounts if they're handy

We'll reply from that brief rather than dump a full catalogue.

Matching to the mining collection

Work light options sit inside the mining products collection. If you've already picked a part number or datasheet candidate, put it in the email. If you haven't, say voltage and mount and we'll point at stock that fits. The mining lighting hub ties this page back to floods, plants and the rest of the site range.

Halogen replacement path

Still running halogen work lights? LED usually cuts lamp changes and heat, and drops draw on the same circuit. Send the halogen wattage, voltage and mounting. We'll map to LED options. For the longer conversion checklist, see the halogen to LED mining page. No fake savings percentages. Real numbers come from your plant and hours.

Not explosion-proof on the standard range

These standard vehicle and plant work lights aren't explosion-proof. If the area is classified, send the zone and the gas or dust group with the brief. We'll route that to the Ex path instead of guessing from a photo.

Subject line tip: “work lights” plus voltage and vehicle type. Include plant, voltage, mounting and quantity. Photos help when mounts are non-standard.

Also useful: mining lighting hub, mining products collection, ROM and stockpile floods, lighting plants, halogen to LED conversion.

FAQs

Can one vehicle mix 12 V and 24 V lights?
Sometimes the machine already has mixed circuits. Tell us both voltages and which light sits on which circuit. We'll match per circuit rather than force one voltage across the lot.

Magnetic or bolt-on?
Both show up on mine plant. Magnetic is handy for temporary cover. Bolt-on is the usual long-term mount. Say which you want, or send a photo of the current bracket.

Are these explosion-proof?
The standard mining work light range isn't. Classified areas need zone + gas or dust group in the email so we quote the Ex path.

Do you only sell singles, or fleet batches?
Both. Send quantity and lead-time pressure. We'll quote from the brief.
