In-cab crash camera datasheet

This in-cab crash camera combines operator monitoring with GPS tracking for large machinery. It detects a crash and takes a snapshot, and it can raise alarms for fatigue, over-speed, geo-fence breaches and movement.
It runs on 6 to 45 V DC and has 5 digital inputs, 2 analogue inputs for fuel or temperature, and 5 digital outputs. An SOS button snaps a photo and emails it, and there's voice monitoring with two-way talk. An over-speed alarm can sound a siren and trigger a relay to slow the vehicle, and the engine can be cut safely by SMS or GPRS.
Tracking can be set by command, time interval or distance, and it falls back to LBS location if there's no GPS. A 4 Mb offline logger holds 8192 waypoints. It also has a built-in shock sensor, an alarm if the wiring harness is disconnected, and a rechargeable backup battery that sends an alert on power failure. Optional active RFID driver ID is available.
Hazardous areas
This camera unit isn't explosion-proof. If it's going into a hazardous area, tell us the zone and the gas or dust group and we'll recommend a certified option.
