Coal stockpile lighting datasheet
These LED floods are made for coal stockpiles and coal handling plants, where high-sulphur atmospheres are tough on lighting. They carry a special protective coating for high-sulphur coal areas and are built from high-grade stainless steel and alloy.
The typical setup is 240 V and 1000 W, and there's a wide range of other power and light options. They won't turn yellow over time. For the larger 400 to 2000 W range, see our ROM and coal stockpile lights.
Hazardous areas
This light isn't explosion-proof. If it's going into a hazardous area, tell us the zone and the gas or dust group and we'll recommend a certified option. Our hazardous-area lighting page has more on that range.
