DALI emergency lighting testing and audits
ALL LED Direct offers DALI lighting control design, supply, programming and commissioning for emergency and exit lighting in mine site buildings, workshops, offices and industrial sites. With the emergency fittings on DALI, the system runs the tests, keeps the results and flags faults, without someone walking the building for routine checks.
Automatic test scheduling
Function and duration tests are scheduled on the DALI system and run automatically. Tests can be staggered across groups, so a whole building isn't on test at once.
Logged results
Each result is logged against the fitting's address, for your records or for AS 2293 reporting. The log shows which fittings passed, which failed and when each was tested.
Fault notifications
A failed lamp, battery or test raises a notification, so the fitting can be booked in for repair rather than waiting for the next manual audit.
General lighting on the same system
The same DALI system can flag failed general lighting and handle groups, scenes and sensors. On mine sites, that includes fixed ROM and stockpile floods. See DALI lighting control.
New builds and existing buildings
On a new build, emergency fittings go in with DALI emergency drivers from the start. In an existing building, emergency fittings may need DALI-capable drivers or replacement, plus a DALI control line. We spec the exit and emergency fittings with the control, so drivers and controllers suit each other.
Mine sites and commercial sites
On mine sites, we work directly with your site's own electricians, so nothing waits on a contractor getting site approval. For commercial and industrial sites: We do the DALI programming and commissioning ourselves and work with licensed electricians on site.
