This unit is designed for positive communications for when passing working graders. When the operator signals the 
arrow once it is safe to pass the arrow will flash five times to communicate it is safe to pass with equipment behind 
the grader or machinery in tow. Eliminates the possibility of passing on the wrong side that is safe to pass and cut 
down on two way chatter and clutter.
