DUST BOND

Description

Dust bond is a super concentrated polymer, which is diluted into water carts at a very low dosage rates (8 litres per truck), which then when sprayed on to 
haul roads instantly reduces dust levels. Dust bond bonds the individual soil particles together, then when it dries, it forms a flexible ‘crust’ that strengthens 
the surface of the soil.

It is a highly concentrated, but environmentally friendly liquid concentrate. Dust bond penetrates even the hardest compacted materials, and can even 
withstand the heaviest weights of even the largest mine haulage vehicle. Having extremely long lasting results in many applications that exhibit high amounts 
of traffic. 
The versatility of the product relies heavily on the highly flexible film that if forms, this enables it to bend, without cracking, even with heavy industrial type 
traffic loads. 
Once the product is mixed with water it will not separate and there will be no solids build up, it can be applied with virtually any water truck sprays or 
spraying tank. Dust bond produces a hard, dust free barrier that provides an excellent running surface. It becomes insoluble once it cures on the road, so it 
provides extremely long lasting dust control, up to 18 months, even in wet weather, and will not run off in the rain. 
Higher applications will not only yield long term results, but will also provide some soil stabilization properties as well. Because the product is non-corrosive, 
it will not harm the vehicles using treated roads or the equipment used to apply it.
