Aegis RCD Tester

RCDs (Residual Current Devices) are designed and specified to protect people and equipment from the danger of electrical faults. Due to their inherent 'safety' nature, RCDs need to be tested on a regular basis to ensure their correct operation.

The CZ20053 is a fully featured digital RCD tester that provides electricians with all the features required to test and ensure correct functionality of RCDs. Multiple trip current ranges, 00 & 1800 phase testing, and high accuracy ensure testing is complete. The tests performed are all that is required for determining compliance to AS/NZS3760:2010 for PAT testing requirements.
